7 Bridges is pleased to announce the acquisition of a six-story class-B office building in São Paulo, Brazil, in the vibrant Pinheiros district. The building is located at Rua Teodoro Sampaio 1756 and offers great potential. The building will undergo a comprehensive retrofit as part of 7 Bridges' value-add repositioning strategy.
The building will be rebranded as the “Agave Boutique Offices,” and will offer 4,661 square meters of premium office space with 779 square-meter floor plans. Additionally, it will include 947 square meters of retail space on the ground floor, enhancing its appeal to a diverse range of tenants.
Retrofitting an existing building can result in 50-75% fewer carbon emissions than constructing a new building. 7 Bridges is committed to maximizing green initiatives and reducing its carbon footprint, which is embedded in the company's DNA.
