We are pleased to announce the acquisition of a 12.6-acre beachfront development site in Playas de Tijuana, Baja California. The site is the future 7BLA master-planned community, tentatively named “Paseo del Mar,” that will offer residential lots covering a broad range of price points, from exclusive beach-front and ocean-view homesites to more affordable lots with easy street-front access, as well as higher density residential and mixed-use projects.
