We seek to create value by investing at the right time in the market cycle to take advantage of either growth or value and always focuses on demand-driven opportunities.

We pursue several investment strategies, including single asset and portfolio transactions, illiquid/distressed assets, joint ventures with local development partners, refinancing, and strategic capitalizations.

We currently manage a portfolio of over US$500 million comprised of 52 assets in Latin America.
