Arthur Simoes
Mr. Simoes, a Vice President in the Sao Paulo office, is responsible for financial analysis, sourcing, underwriting and asset management of commercial real estate projects. He has over 9 years of experience in Latin American real estate.
Previously, Mr. Simoes worked at WeWork in Latin America, where he focused on new businesses development for Brazil, Argentina, and Chile and co-led the real estate special situations division responsible for acquisitions of commercial buildings, WeLive, and other company initiatives. Prior to that he worked at Hines Brazil where he participated in the asset management of a large logistics, retail, and office portfolio, as well as residential joint ventures.
Mr. Simoes holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from FGV-EAESP.
Julianna Lajut
Ms. Lajut, a Vice President in the Sao Paulo office, is responsible for financial analysis, sourcing, underwriting and asset management of residential projects. She has over 9 years of experience in Brazilian real estate.
Previously, Ms. Lajut worked at Hines Brazil where she managed a large portfolio of residential development joint ventures and focused on business development. Prior to that she worked at Tecnisa Brazil where she was involved in the development and management of numerous residential projects.
Ms. Lajut holds a Master’s degree in Construction Innovation with emphasis in Real Estate from University of Sao Paulo, undertook postgraduate studies in Financial Management at Insper and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from University of Sao Paulo.

Cuauhtemoc Ramon Salomon
Mr. Ramón, a Vice President in the Mexico City office, is responsible for financial analysis, sourcing, underwriting and asset management. He has over 8 years of experience in Mexican real estate.
Previously, Mr. Ramón worked as a Senior Analyst at MetLife Investment Management Mexico where he participated in the underwriting of commercial mortgage loans and originating and closing senior debt. Prior to that he worked at Fibra UNO (Mexico’s largest REIT) where he managed a portfolio of retail and office properties and Prudential Global Investment Management where he structured, analyzed and managed senior secured debt.
Mr. Ramón holds a Diploma in Investment Analysis and a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from ITAM.
