7 Bridges has closed the first lease agreement for its newly acquired Agave Boutique Offices São Paulo, Brazil. The 947 square meter ground-floor retail space has been leased to one of the leading banks in Brazil and will operate as a retail branch office under a 15-year lease agreement.
Although the building will undergo extensive retrofit in the coming months, the retail space will remain fully operational. The majority of the renovations will focus on enhancing the office floors and lobby, allowing the retail tenant to continue operations.
