7BLA forms joint venture to develop an industrial park in Mexico

We are pleased to announce that 7BLA has closed a joint venture to develop a 124-hectare industrial park in San Miguel de Allende in the State of Guanajuato, Mexico. The park, Poligono Empresarial San Miguel de Allende Phase II, is strategically located in Mexico’s Bajio region and provides access to the US/Mexico border, ports, and major metropolitan areas, including Mexico City, Monterrey, and Guadalajara. The joint venture will sell industrial parcels to user groups and develop speculative and build-to-suit properties for lease to third parties.
