This groundbreaking initiative will concentrate on the creation of affordably priced micro-units in several key neighborhoods of São Paulo, targeting the increased demand for more affordable housing close to services and transportation. The venture's developments will offer a wide range of amenities, thoughtfully designed to enhance the quality of life for residents.
The venture plans to invest R$500 million over the next seven years, starting with a pipeline of prime locations in the Jardins, Paraíso, and Vila Mariana neighborhoods. The first three developments are projected to generate approximately R$450 million in sales revenues.
