The venture will focus on developing high-end for-sale, residential projects in São Paulo's most prominent neighborhoods. This strategic initiative seeks to elevate the luxury housing market by creating exquisite living spaces incorporating the latest architectural design and upscale amenities.
7 Bridges and Lindenberg are set to commit R$300 million in equity over the next seven years. The initial project will be a strategically located on a 5,169m² site in São Paulo’s prestigious Itaim Bibi neighborhood. Sales proceeds are expected to exceed R$800 million.
