We are pleased to announce the sale of the “Maverick portfolio” in Monterrey, Mexico to Prologis Mexico. The Maverick portfolio includes three buildings totaling 438,967 square feet and additional developable land. 7BLA will use sale proceeds to acquire and develop additional strategic properties throughout Mexico.
