We are pleased to announce that 7 Bridges, in partnership with Vitacon, has achieved a significant milestone with the completion and delivery of our fourth residential development in São Paulo. To date, the venture has successfully delivered over 1,453 units. Each project is located near public transportation and employment hubs, following 7 Bridges’ strategy of focusing on transit oriented development (“TOD”), which enhances the residents’ quality of life while decreasing the impact on congestion and the environment. Each project is meticulously planned to include common areas such as coworking spaces, culinary areas, and wellness amenities.
The ON Melo Alves and ON Paulista projects were delivered in January and April 2024, respectively, and have become city landmarks. Their unique architectural and innovative design, striking façades, and Fitwell certifications, enhance São Paulo’s skyline and redefine contemporary urban living. ON Loefgreen and ON Augusta, delivered in October 2023 and March 2024, respectively, were similarly designed to offer not only accessible housing solutions, but their design, functionality, and high-quality construction continue to drive sales.
